Jingles the Chow Chow may be a country girl at heart but when Animal Care Expert and Devoted Pet Lover Sarah Cudney took her from their home in Dundas, ON to visit Toronto, she was all in.
The pair rode the GO Train to Union Station during off-peak hours when dogs are permitted. “That definitely made a difference as far as letting Jingles have a comfortable experience,” says Sarah. From there, they headed south to the waterfront where Jingles got to do some of her favourite things: socialize, sniff, and explore.
Expert Tip
Sarah says that she tailors her travel to Jingles’ personality and needs. “Get your pets used to lots of shorter trips to help them adjust better to longer ones later,” she advises.
