From his home in Calgary, AB, Wiggin the Whoodle — a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier/Poodle cross — likes to make the drive up the Trans Canada Highway to Banff.
Once there, he’s welcome nearly everywhere, including at hotels, on cafe terraces, and in shops. If his pet parent and Animal Care Expert Kristy Mattock wants to check out the latest in outdoor fashion at Patagonia or Big Bear Trading, Wiggin knows that Kristy has high-value treats on hand to reward his good behaviour in stores.
Expert Tip
While Wiggin loves to travel, not every spot feels like his scene. So that Wiggin can relax while she goes out for a drink or dinner, Kristy makes sure he gets lots of exercise during the day so he’s tired out at night.
