The Ottawa Valley offers some serious hiking gems for pets and pet parents.
Kiara Cuff and her dog Riley love the Eagles Nest Lookout trail near Calabogie — an easy day trip from Ottawa or Kingston. The three-kilometre round trip hike offers an incredible view at its peak: a 120-metre cliff looking out over rolling hills and pine forests. “It was very special to the both of us,” says Kiara. “We’re adventurous and really enjoy being out in nature.”
