Use:
- Adjust neck and girth webbing straps and unclip both buckles, pull the girth webbing through back loop
- Place chest panel between the front legs and clip the neck webbing into front buckle
- Pull webbing through back loop and clip girth strap into back buckle
- Adjust girth and neck straps so that it is snug, but you can still run 1-2 fingers between the strap and your cat's body
