Adult Maintenance: These feeding guidelines are suggested only. Feeding amounts may vary by breed, activity level, temperament and climate. Amounts are recommended for an average cat with normal activity.
Adult cats should be fed either once or twice per day. When you first start feeding this formula, we suggest to start with the amounts recommended in the table. The amount of food should always be adjusted to suit your cat's needs.
Older Cats: As your cat begins to age, his energy expenditure will decrease. Decreasing the amount of food accordingly will allow for the maintenance of proper body weight for your less active cat. Older cats are sometimes more reluctant to eat hard foods. Adding larger amounts will help the most ""finicky"" eater enjoy their daily meals.
