It is convenient, featuring a pre-set temperature and LED running lamp. A number of environmental factors affect the temperature of your tank water. For instance, your home temperature at different times of year and the tank's lighting system can cause changes in the water. It's most beneficial to your fish if the temp is controlled to create a non-fluctuating environment. This heater is preset to maintain a consistent temperature of 24-26 degrees Celsius in your tank.
