Use: Adjust the ADAPTIL Calm Collar so it fits snugly with no more than 2 finger widths between the collar and your dog's skin. To be effective, the collar must remain on the dog at all times (except when shampooing the dog). The collar is activated by your dog's body heat. The collar must fit snugly around the dog's neck - follow the directions to ensure appropriate fitting of the collar. The collar will stop diffusing while wet. Once the collar is dry, it will begin working again. Do not expose to chlorinated pools or shampoos as this will deactivate the collar.
